Frequently Asked Questions

Call for an in-home consultation where I can evaluate the estate, determine days needed for set up and to conduct sale, and decide on sale dates.

Make sure any item not to be sold is removed from the home.  Then relax we take care of the rest.

I am totally dedicated to serving my clients in an efficient, professional manner as owner of this company.  I am a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and a qualified appraiser of antiques and residential contents.  As an appraiser I must stay current of prices for every market i.e., antiques, local and national auctions, consignment, e-bay, retail, etc...  This is necessary so our clients are assured they receive the best market price for their belongings.

There are no out-of-pocket fees.  A commission of 30%-35% will be taken from the gross sales.  You will be given sales receipts for items sold along with the net sales within 3-5 business days from the last day of the sale.

If you have lost a loved one or had to take a relative to a nursing home or assisted living this alone is difficult enough without having to worry about their estate. If you are moving, downsizing, or had a job transfer this can be stressful for you and your family. The difficult decisions relating to estate disposition, e.g. what to throw away (very little), what to sell, what is valuable and what isn't, I can make for you. This is particularly helpful where the heir(s), executor or personal representative does not have the time available, lives out of town/state, is too close to the situation or is not capable of performing the liquidation. Contact Deborah Webb Estate & Moving Sales and let us relieve your stress and ease your mind at this difficult time.
